Tripetalous HR Services was incorporated as a Private Limited company on the 5th of August 2010 with assignments from prestigious clients even before the formal launch of our company. Within the very first year, we acquired clients such as Alfa Laval, Red Hat, Fujitsu, Bharat Forge, Malaka Spice and a few Management Institutes. The goodwill we earned during our Southern C’s days helped us establish ourselves very quickly; this good will continues to be our driving force.
Gautam’s journey as a recruiter began in 1996 when Sharmishtha and he started Southern C’s, one of the earliest (if not the first) Manpower firms to work exclusively with the software industry. Prior to that, he has had a long spell with Godrej & Boyce. His thoroughness and keen eye for detail is the basis on which he is immediately able to identify the most suitable profiles and restrict submissions to the client to a limited few. All candidates are vetted and their personal circumstances taken into account during the process of short listing the right prospective candidates for each vacancy. These practices are the defining features of the service offered by the Recruitment Division.
From understanding the clients’ technical needs to the personal traits required for a candidate to be the right cultural fit, to be able to assist the client as well as the candidates during the interview process without bias, Gautam is an expert in it all. His high ethical standards command great respect from both, prospective candidates as well as clients, who think of him as completely reliable. His reputation is such that, most of our current clients of this Division have been acquired through referrals alone.
Sharmishtha has over 30 years’ experience of which, 20 are in training delivery, course development, leading teams of trainers and being responsible for the entire life cycle of learning and development. Her prior experience is in teaching and successfully running entrepreneurial ventures in education and learning. She is accomplished in improving learning skills and productivity, using innovative methods to facilitate learning and delivering customer delight. Her experience, leadership skills and passion for training and development, OD and expertise in the English Language and Communication make her an outstanding Head of the Training and Development division.
Teaching and training people in English Language have been a common factor in almost all her deliverables and she has done this with remarkable success. This is the inspiration behind Enfluent, a new division of Tripetalous HR Services. Her passion for the English language and her deep understanding of adult learning, form the foundation of the courses that Enfluent offers.
